New Program Lastin’ Motivation! Can you imagine how successful your students would be if they, the teachers and parents were pumped up several times during the school year? Well, that can happen with our new program...Lastin’ Motivation! Motivation is an excellent way to get people excited and anxious about doing their best, but it must be sustained in order to get the best results. Robert Little will provide up to four days of motivational programs during the school year for students, teachers and parents. You can determine the best times for his visits! Here’s how Lastin’ Motivation! works: Robert Little, CSP will visit your school(s) and provide a one-hour motivational assembly program for the students during the day. After school, he will do a one-hour motivational professional development session for the teachers. That evening, he will do a one-hour motivational parental involvement program for the parents. Lastin’ Motivation! is flexible. If the focus needs to be on the children, the day can be spent with them. If the teachers need a half-day or several days of professional development, the program can be altered to meet their needs. Motivational Strategist Robert Little, CSP can visit several schools in a full day. Lastin’ Motivation! can be offered for a full day and one follow-up day (two full days) or two follow-up days (three full days) or three follow-up days (four full days). It’s most effective to start at the beginning of the school year and to have subsequent visits about every two months. Participating Parents + Teachers’ Teamwork + Successful Students = Productive Principal
